Acceptable Use Policy

Effective March 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Kendrick website-building service (“Service”) operated by Kendrick Inc. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, host, or distribute any content that:

• Is illegal under applicable law.
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or depicts sexual exploitation of minors.
• Promotes or glorifies violence, gore, or self-harm.
• Constitutes hate speech, promotes discrimination, or targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Facilitates terrorism or extremism.
• Promotes illegal drug manufacturing or trafficking.
• Facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, or identity theft.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademark, trade secret).

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Create spam websites or websites designed solely for search engine manipulation (SEO spam farms).
• Impersonate another person, company, or organization.
• Conduct phishing attacks or create deceptive websites designed to harvest credentials.
• Distribute malware or use the Service as part of a botnet or other malicious infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service in an automated fashion beyond normal use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or threaten any individual.

3. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that all content you submit — including text, images, logos, and other materials — does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. If you do not own the rights to content, you must have obtained proper authorization before submitting it.

4. Uploaded Images

Images you upload are published on your public website. Do not upload images that are pornographic, abusive, contain illegal content, or that you do not have permission to use. Kendrick reserves the right to reject or remove images that violate this policy.

5. Enforcement

Kendrick enforces this AUP through an escalating process:

1. First violation — a friendly warning explaining the issue and suggesting positive alternatives.
2. Repeated violations — progressively firmer warnings (up to six total).
3. Continued violations — content removal and/or account suspension.
4. Severe or persistent violations — permanent account termination.

Kendrick reserves the right to skip escalation steps and take immediate action for severe violations (e.g., child exploitation material, imminent threats of violence).

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe content hosted on the Service violates this AUP, please report it to support@kendrick.site. Include the URL of the content and a description of the violation. We will review all reports promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
